Autostrade per l'Italia ha scelto, in un'ottica di trasparenza verso i propri Clienti, di rendere pubblica la posizione di tutte lo postazioni fisse per la rilevazione della velocità installate lungo la propria rete e gestite dalla Polizia Stradale. Le statistiche mostrano come oltre il 90% degli incidenti mortali sia dovuto a comportamenti di guida inadeguati e come ogni anno la velocità causi circa il 60% dei decessi che si verificano in autostrada.Obiettivo dell'iniziativa è la prevenzione degli incidenti stradali educando gli automobilisti, attraverso l'informazione, a moderare la velocità e a rispettare i limiti.
